Olivia Lutwak is a former educator and U.S. policy researcher whose previous research and technical assistance work has included topics such as early literacy, Indigenous culture-based education, and state implementation of education policy. Her current research aims to determine the effects of increased school safety procedures in the wake of gun violence on student well-being and perceptions of education in U.S. schools.
